Bruno's Thrift Store is a shop located in Brooklyn, New York. It is where Snowball gets materials to disguise himself and his recruits.

Tattoo traces Max and Duke around Weiner Kingdom, and he finds out the dogs were there. Snowball looks out from an alley and then he notices a thrift store in the street, and then he says he has an idea.
He presumably steals the baby cart outside the store and some other things, so he disguises himself as a baby with a pacifier, and Tattoo as a woman with glasses and a necklace.
