Robert Michael Moynihan Jr. (born January 31, 1977) is an American actor and comedian, best known for his work on Saturday Night Live, where he has been a cast member from 2008 until 2017. His known voice roles include Panda on the Cartoon Network series We Bare Bears and Hal on the PBS Kids series Nature Cat and movie Mayor Muldoon from The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature.
He is the voice of Mel in The Secret Life of Pets, The Secret Life of Pets 2, and made a cameo appearance in the mini-movie Super Gidget.
